Privacy Policy VennFan is an Android application for creating, editing, previewing, exporting, copying, and sharing Venn and VennFan diagrams. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used. 1. Data collected by the developer The developer of VennFan does not collect, store, sell, or share personal data through a separate developer-operated server. VennFan does not require user accounts, login, registration, or profile creation. The diagrams, labels, colors, settings, and exported files that you create in the app are handled locally on your device unless you choose to export, copy, or share them using Android system features or other apps installed on your device. 2. Local app data VennFan may store app settings locally on your device, such as diagram settings, colors, text settings, developer options, export preferences, and other app configuration values. This data is used only to make the app function correctly and to remember your preferences. You can remove locally stored app data by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app through Android system settings. 3. Exported files and chosen export location If you choose an export location, VennFan may use Android’s file picker and Storage Access Framework to save exported files, such as PDF, SVG, PNG, or JPG files. If you grant access to a folder or location, Android may allow the app to retain access to that location so future exports can be saved there. VennFan does not upload your exported files to a developer-operated server. 4. Sharing and clipboard VennFan may allow you to share exported images or copy an image to the clipboard. When you use the share or clipboard features, the data may be handled by Android system services and by other apps that you choose to share with. The developer of VennFan does not control how other apps process data after you share or copy it outside VennFan. 5. Advertising VennFan uses Google AdMob to display ads, including banner ads and rewarded ads. Google AdMob and its partners may collect and process certain information from your device in order to provide, measure, and improve advertising. This may include information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics, and other data depending on your device settings, consent choices, region, and Google’s policies. AdMob advertising is provided by Google. Google’s use of data is governed by Google’s own privacy policies and advertising policies. You can manage ad personalization through your device settings and Google account settings where available. 6. Internet access VennFan may use internet access to load ads from Google AdMob. The core diagram creation features are designed to run locally on your device. 7. Children’s privacy VennFan is not directed to children under the age of 13, or to the minimum age required by applicable law in your country. The developer does not knowingly collect personal data from children. 8. Third-party services VennFan may use the following third-party service: Google AdMob Used for displaying banner ads and rewarded ads. Third-party services may collect information according to their own privacy policies. 9. Data sharing The developer of VennFan does not sell personal data. Security VennFan is designed to keep diagram data local to your device unless you choose to export, copy, or share it.
